Celebrating YEAR 32
LAST July 2025, the Light of Jesus (LOJ) Pastoral Care Ministry joyfully marked a beautiful milestone — 32 years of caring, compassionate presence through more than three decades of heartfelt service, listening ears, and healing words — truly, a cause for celebration.
We honored this special occasion with a simple brunch for our beloved volunteer Carers — the men and women behind the ministry who selflessly offer their time, empathy, and spiritual guidance for yes, whoever needs to be cared for.
The gathering served as a space to recharge, reconnect, and reignite their sense of worth and mission.
Behind the Caring
Feast Mercy Ministry Head, Bro Hermie Morelos, graced the celebration, assuring the Ministry of his strong support for its operations and unconditional love for the servant leaders and beneficiaries.
Dr. Michele Alignay, dedicated, selfless director of LOJ Pastoral Care, here with ever supportive spouse Koots Alignay, led the festivities with heartfelt gratitude for God’s guidance that has sustained the Ministry for 32 long years.

Mall Malabon, well outlined God’s graces that have enabled the Carers to be present to those in need with practical ways to turn their burdens into blessings.

The LOJ Pastoral Care Ministry provides free virtual psycho-spiritual support sessions, offering a safe and sacred space for individuals to unburden their worries, hurts, and struggles. Every session is an opportunity for healing, hope, and rediscovering God’s love in the midst of life’s challenges.
