Great Images of God’s Great Love
IT’S March, actually already the end of the month. It’s summertime, the sun is here, its bright, golden color fills the atmosphere. But those in this photo are in red– red as Valentine. That’s because they are celebrating, yes, the Valentine season when this event happened.
This is the Valentine party of Great Image which the company chose to celebrate with our lolos and lolas at our Anawim Home for Abandoned Elderly on February 19, 2026.
Great Image, leader in the photo and imaging industry, took its name from Genesis: So, God created human beings in His own image. In the image of God, He created them; male and female He created them.– Genesis 1: 27 NLT.
Greatest is God’s Image, and since we are created in His image, ours is a great image. And here, you see great images of God’s great love.
Led by husband-and-wife team, Robert and Evelyn Palomo, Great Image deals with photographs and videos, coming up with great images. But more than the technical products, it endeavors to live up to its name through serving God’s great images– human beings such as our elderly.
Great Party
It’s a party so, singing, dancing, games, and storytelling, make every minute a minute of fun, of laughter.
It’s a party so, meals– plenty, yummy– are right there, ready for the taking.
And, most important, love — heartfelt, unconditional– what our lolos and lolas need most. They are in Anawim because family, friends, those supposed to care for them left them, for one reason or another. Alone and without financial resources, they languished in empty houses, in airports or harbors, on the streets. Until someone cared enough to refer them to barangay officers or social workers who eventually brought them to Anawim.
Anawim is one of the first Mercy Ministries established by the Light of Jesus Family led by Bro. Bo Sanchez who named the mission after the Hebrew word anawim, meaning the poor, the afflicted, or those who are bowed down– who rely totally on God. And, by God’s amazing grace, they can now also rely on God’s great images –great human beings such as the managers and employees of Great Image.
