Recognition: 10+ Years of Stay in Anawim
- Judith – 22 years (since September 9, 2002)
- Samuel – 17 years (since May 15, 2008)
- Miriam – 16 years (since April 13, 2009)
- Luis – 15 years (since October 13, 2009)
- Clarita – 12 years (since October 3, 2012)
- Danilo – 11 years (since June 15, 2013)
- Avelina – 11 years (since June 19, 2013)
- Nory – 11 years (since October 10, 2013)
Thank you, for your long stay, love, and trust in Anawim. You are truly our treasure.
Recognition: 90+ Years of Stay in Anawim
We pay tribute to the oldest residents– truly inspiring for their strength, staying power, and innate goodness. We acknowledge them not only for their faithful presence, but also for their smiles, prayers, and stories shared with us day by day.
- Avelina – 94 years old (born November 11, 1930)
- Ligaya – 94 years old (born December 9, 1930)
- Anita – 94 years old (born April 17, 1931)
- Leonila – 93 years old (born January 17, 1932)
Thank you for your patience. You are blessings to us beyond compare. You are proof of God’s faithfulness and success of our Anawim mission in the last 30 years. Mabuhay po kayo at mabuhay ang Anawim!

Anawim would not have come this far without the committed hearts of our staff and members of our Management Committee.
Here’s a special number prepared by the Anawim team to celebrate the milestones of our 30-year mission.
We start with a dance that mirrors our bayanihan culture, so valuable for us Filipinos and particularly, our Anawim Family.

We pay tribute to employees and volunteers who have served Anawim for a long time. With heartfelt gratitude, we honor them for their sacrifice and selflessness.

Our Special Awardee as longest employee, she has dedicated her heart and strength to this mission.
Special Recognition Awards
A Special Recognition to a couple who have been our selfless partners since Anawim’s beginnings: Joe Dean and Ardis Sola.
They were right there — serving, building, and walking alongside our mission when it was just beginning.
With joy and deep gratitude, Bro. Gil Ramiscal, pioneer member, Light of Jesus Family Council, and yours truly present this Plaque of Appreciation to Bro. Joe Dean. Thank you very much Bro. Joe Dean and Sis. Ardis for your early sacrifices, your faith, and for standing beside Anawim when it was just a vision. You are truly pillars of Anawim.
A Special Recognition and heartfelt, endless gratitude to Sis. Lynda Reyes and Sis. Aida Dy. They generously shared everything– time, talent, treasure to raise funds for Anawim’s operations– clear the surroundings, build cottages, turning the once forest into what is now regaled as Anawim Resort for our Lolos and Lolas, and moreover, overseeing complete care– body, mind, and spirit for our elderly.
A Special Recognition and deep gratitude to Bro. Tim Duran, here with supportive wife Norma. Bro. Tim served as Anawim Director, overseeing development of facilities and programs for the well-being and security of our Lolos and
Lolas, as well as training and management of personnel and volunteer servants.
We especially thank the family and relatives of Bro. Tim, Sis. Lynda, and Sis. Aid Dy, for sharing your loved ones’ lives and memories with us.
They are in Heaven now, but still, Bro. Tim, Sis Norma, Sis. Lynda, and Sis. Aida continue to inspire and guide us every day.
Special Recognition Awards
We have the honor of recognizing two very special individuals who have gone above
and beyond in their service to Anawim.
Our first special award is the Outstanding Volunteer Service Award, presented to someone whose generous heart and volunteer work have truly made a lasting impact on our mission.

Next, we present the Distinguished Service Award to a man whose dedication and love for Anawim have been truly exceptional.
The award goes to Marianito V. Cruz, Jr. Thank you, Kuya Jun, for your loving heart, your example of selflessness, and long years of service. You continue to inspire us.
